The spectacular Margalida house is located in Alcudia, new, with a modern structure, interiors, and atmosphere. Equipped with every detail for a dream vacation in a residential area 2 km from the beach, to enjoy the Mediterranean climate that Mallorca offers.



Enjoy the best baths under the sun in the 5m x 3m saltwater pool, located next to the large outdoor chill out area, and its barbecue. Outdoor area directly connected to the kitchen and spacious dining room. Equipped in detail with air conditioning, wifi (fiber), Smart TV (Netflix...), alarm...



The house has space for 6 guests and is distributed over three floors. Its rooms are fully equipped for a good rest. One of them with an ensuite bathroom. On the first floor you will find a room with a single bed and a terrace with hammocks where you can enjoy the sun of Mallorca. Three bathrooms with shower will be at your disposal.

You will have entertainment guaranteed thanks to its game area on the ground floor of the house, with billiards and ping-pong table. Carefully maintained exteriors with a beautiful garden and an extravagant statue at the entrance. All rooms have air conditioning.

Amazing luxurious, minimalist house. Very clean, well equipped and felt like home for a week. So many great things: pool is wonderful and the outdoor patios are amazing; kitchen superb, showers lovely, basement games room/garage, peaceful area and even sunset/sea views from the upper terrace.

Vi har nydt vores uge i AlcudiaHuset og omgivelserne levede fuldstændig op til vores forventninger og mer til.Huset var rent og pænt og det samme galt poolen.Flot velholdt have og fantastisk udsigt over hav og bjerge fra tagterassen.Eneste mangler var, at der manglede vand- og vinglas og panderne og grill kunne godt trænge til en udskiftning.Vi havde under vores ophold lidt problemer med fluer i huset.Ellers bedst anbefalinger herfraFamilien Munkholm

Die Finca ist großartig und bietet alles was man braucht!Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Wohnlage. Bis nach Alcudia braucht man mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten. Kleine Badebuchten sind in der Nähe mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!!!

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Alles war wunderbar mit 2 kleinen Ausnahmen, die wir gut verkraften konnten: 1) Es gab leider immer wieder Ameisenansammlungen, v. a. in der Küche, so dass man extrem penibel auf Sauberkeit achten musste. 2) Sehr laute Nachbarn vom Grundstück zur Carrer Lafontona aufgrund der Lage der Häuser und Ausrichtung der Pool-Bereiche. Sehr positiv war die Ausstattung des Hauses mit Möglichkeiten zum Pool-Billard und Tischtennis. Gute Betten, gute Klimatisierung. Die Kosten im Vergleich zu den Vor-Corona-Jahren waren jedoch absolut an der Schmerzgrenze, aber das betrifft ja nicht spezifisch diese Unterkunft.
