This cozy accommodation is located in the urbanization of Sa Marina, in a quiet area between Alcúdia and Port de Pollença. The house, very spacious and bright is very comfortable and functional. In addition, it has everything you need to spend a wonderful vacation on the island. As far as the exterior is concerned, it has two furnished terraces for you to enjoy the magnificent climate that the island offers.



The urbanization of Sa Marina is located in the Bay of Pollença, between Alcúdia and Port de Pollença. Due to the nature of the area, it is an ideal place to practice water sports such as windsurfing or kite-surfing. In addition, it is an excellent starting point to explore the north of the island, as it is less than 5 minutes by car from the famous town of Alcúdia or Port de Pollença, one of the most sought after destinations in Mallorca. In both areas you will find a wide range of leisure and restoration. In addition, the area is very close to the wonderful coves of Formentor and Cala Sant Vicenç and 10 minutes by car from the town of Pollença.

Wunderschönes Haus direkt am Meer

Wir waren 5 Nächte im Februar hier und rundum zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet mit schöner Dekoration, Pflanzen und Kissen. Es ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit allem was benötigt wird, vom Föhn über allen Küchengeräten, warmen Merino-Felldecken. Bereits der Begrüßungsgruß in Form von Getränk und Snacks war eine sehr nette Geste bei der Ankunft.Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, sodass wir den Verkehr an der Straße nicht störend gehört haben.Die nahe Lage zu Alcúdia und den schönen Wanderwegen war für uns ideal.Vielen Dank an die Vermieter für wunderschöne Ferientage.

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl in diesem Haus gefühlt. Nur die Zuwegung zum Podest vor dem Haupteingang könnte verbessert werden, so das der Höhenunterschied vom Parkplatz aus nicht so groß ist. Der Duschkopf im innenliegenden Badezimmer (das ohne Fenster) hängt herunter, so das das Duschen nicht so gut möglich war. Und aufgrund vermutlich fehlender Belüftung des Hauses in den vergangenen Monaten war es z. T. etwas muffelig. Aber das dürfte sich mit der Zeit erledigen.
