This is a wonderful house for 5 people just by the sea with an amazing viewpoint to Pollença Bay. Sa Marina, a quiet and beautiful beach, is just in front of the house! The front terrace is usually the favourite corner of the house. There you will be able to relax, sunbathe, have dinner with your friends and family or read a book, while enjoying the beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea and Cap de Formentor, one of the nicest places in Mallorca. The house has a well furnished living room and a fully furnished kitchen with all the equipment you might need during your holiday. At the rear of the house there is a little patio where you will find the laundry area and a barbeque. The house has satellite TV and WIFI.
The views from the terrace and the location of this modernized fishermen’s house, make the perfect place to spend your holiday. There are three cozy bedrooms. The first comes with a double bed, closet, fan, skylight and a window to the kitchen. The second bedroom has a skylight (no window) and is fitted with a double bed, fan and closet. The third room with two twin beds has a window to the patio. There are two bathrooms with shower (no window but an extractor fan). The area is very quiet, as not may neighbours are around. You can still feel the fishermen lifestyle of years ago. In the past, fishermen used to go fishing with their “llaüts” (Majorcan traditional boats) and then go to the Lonja in Alcudia to sell it.
From this lovely house you will be able to do some walking or cycling trips: Costa del Cap del Pinar, Albufereta de Pollença or visit the medieval town of Alcudia which still conserves its impressive wall. This is a perfect place to visit the north of Mallorca, as you will find gorgeous sites nearby: Formentor and the surrounding coves, Alcudia beach and the charming towns of Pollença and Alcudia. Es gibt keine bessere Lage. Das Haus ist einfach, aber funktional. Einige Dinge könnten mal erneuert werden, z. B. Haustür oder Dachfenster. Aber alles in allem perfekte Lage und top Preis-Leistung

Prachtige plek, matige locatie
de woning ligt mooi aan de baai; de mooiste plek staat op de foto: het terras (bij ons verblijf helaas wel met veel muggen); het huis zelf is niet erg sfeervol, en vooral de meubels zijn niet geweldig: 2 van 3 zittingen van de bank voel je veren, meerdere stoelen zijn krakkemikkig. Wel prima apparatuur in de keuken

Wer es gern etwas abgelegen mag, ist hier genau richtig. Kein Rummel und überwiegend einheimischer Tourismus. Etwas schwer zu finden wenn man Google Maps vertraut.

Nicht zufrieden
Neben uns würde renoviert, massiver Baulärm, ab Dienstag nur noch Gebote, Gehämmer und alles sehr laut und hellhörig, Kaffeemaschine sollte ausgetauscht werden, ebenfalls das Sofa im Wohnbereich, sowie die Stühle am Esstisch.Die Türen müssen eingestellt werden, klemmen und sind schwer zu öffnen. Kühlschrank läuft aus., Der Hinterhof ist auch recht schmucklos, hier wären ein paar mehr Blumen oder grün auch schöner..Es ist auch nicht so schön, dass der Fernseher vor dem Fenster im Wohnzimmer steht. Es wäre besser diesen an die Wand zu hängen u d die Sofa Ecke vergrössert, dann hat eine grössere Familie Platz und man kann gemeinsam Fernsehen.

Perfekte Lage, gute Ausstattung, teilweise renovierungsbefürftig
Insgesamt toller Aufenthalt in absolut PERFEKTER Lage mit fantastischem Ausblick. Das Haus selbst ist gut aufgeteilt. Ein paar Möbel müssten mal dringend ersetzt werden, z.b. Sofa und Stühle am Esstisch. Auch sind Handtuchhaken und allgemein Ablagemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer und den Schlafzimmern sehr rar.
Alles in allem aber ein empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus.

Tolle Wohnung, unkomplizierte Abwicklung / DANKE!
Sehr tolle und voll ausgerüstete Wohnung. Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Mietauto ist empfehlenswert. Kann ich jedermann nur empfehlen. Bei der Zwischensaison sollten alle Heizkörper in Betrieb sein, da es in der Nacht kühl werden kann.
