Villa Can Costa with its garden is a link between the old town of Alcudia and the interior of Mallorca.



A holiday home perfectly designed over two floors with luxury furnishings. Upon entering, it impresses with its open-plan spaces, which are distributed as follows: a spacious and bright kitchen with cooking island, a dining area, a living area and access to the terrace.

There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a 160 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds each. Both rooms share a full bathroom and an independent toilet. Both rooms have access to the beautiful garden and pool.

A modern steel staircase leads to the first floor. Here you will find a room with a double bed, a large balcony with sun loungers and a private bathroom.

The outdoor area with its shaded and sunny terraces, barbecue and many corners to relax offers the perfect retreat with the family to recharge your batteries and restore your energy. The private salt water pool provides refreshment on hot summer days.

It is worth noting that this property has a charging point for electric cars.

From the historic centre you can reach the lively Port of Alcudia in just a few minutes by car or bus, with its seafront promenade and Alcanada.

Alcanada is a peaceful Mediterranean village situated on a hill with views over Alcudia Bay.

The sandy and pebble beach "Cala Poncet" in Alcanada has crystal-clear waters and wild nature.

At the end of the village there is an 18-hole golf course. Alcanada Golf Club was built in 2003 by the legendary golf architects Robert Trent Jones Sr. & Jr. and is situated in the middle of a nature reserve offering spectacular views of the bay.

In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, is charged for each guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person,

from 1 November to 30 April €0.55 and

from 1 May to 31 October: €2.20.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or in cash. Payment is mandatory.
