This property was fabulous for families or even just a couple. My boys loved being able to kayak any time they wanted and even fished off our balcony. The accomodations/provisions lacked nothing at all and decor was beautiful. What a nice and cozy place to be! We were close to everything and yet on a quiet bay. Would definitely stay there again.

Weekend get away with the family!

My husband and son are hard to impress, so when I say they were impressed it means something! The condo is very nice as well as the location. The condo/ boathouse combination is unique. We did not bring our boat but plan on bringing it next year.

We had a great stay at this property. Comfortable beds, very clean, plenty of towels, and enough space for our group of 7. Use of the boat house was great. Short trip to town by car or boat.

Excellent stay at Villa 21! We were a party of 8 (6 children) and found the townhouse to be comfortable and well equipped. The boat house was excellent for our 25ft. boat and use of the kayaks was a great perk.
