Overall, liked the facility. many ammenities available: free canoes, paddleboards, etc. Had pontoon boats to rent too! Free mini golf/putting course. Okay beach. We were in the lower 100's in the main hotel building; very dark, dank hallway. Humid! Could definitely use more lights and decorate with lighter colors so you don't feel like you were in a dungeon. The bar/lounge (Rafters?) area looked very nice, but we had planned on going up there Saturday night and they were closed! C'mon, you'f think that would be hoppin' on a weekend night so we were disappointed with that! Came down in the morning and no coffee, even though later in the day there was usually always a pot. Weird! Overall though, a decent place.

I have stayed at Arrowwood many times and it's always relaxing. There looks like there have been some improvements; however, the store is closed and meals at the restaurant by the pool are more expensive.

The resort has a nice property, and the staff were very responsive. The big water park was very disappointing. The slides were closed and one pool was gross and slimy. Then they ckised an hour earlier than posted. Thankfully the hotel has both an indoor pool/hot tub and also an outdoor pool which saved the trip!

We were charged an extra charge stating we didn’t pay in full was upset about it because we paid in full in full through Expedia. Heater wasn’t working in our room so had to go buy a small area heater so my son can be warm after the pool and for the mornings as it was a cold weekend.

Rooms were large but dated, heating and cooling didnt work properly, staff were not very helpful, restaurant was expensive service was poor and half the stuff on the menu they were out of. If your coming to stay and use the waterpark make sure to call ahead and validate if its open as they will sell you the big splash package for the waterpark even though its closed. Property is large and right on the lake and there are a lot of lakes around. Those aspects are great and prices were reasonable to stay which would makena good weekend fishing outing!

A very nice setting on the Lake…. But the hot tub had one jet that worked… and we hardly had any warm water in the shower

Waterpark could use some updates but we had a fun time regardless. Beds were very firm which I wasn't a fan of but some people prefer that. Room fridge was AMAZING the fridge was cold and the freezer worked well! All the staff was very helpful and extremely kind. Overall great place to stay with kids on a budget.
