The hotel has a lot of historic charm and character. If you appreciate old-fashioned architecture and a classic atmosphere, you'll likely enjoy the unique feel of the building. However, the customer service was disappointing. The staff did not seem attentive, and my concerns were not handled professionally. While the hotel's history and charm make it interesting, the overall experience was let down by the lack of good service. With better customer care, this hotel could be much more enjoyable.
