Spacious homely cottage

Very spacious and well-equipped cottage. Welcome treats on arrival were a kind gesture (for our dog too!). Perfectly located to visit the Peak District and Derby Dales. Hosts were very responsive.

Chatsworth, Hardwick and the Dales

Picked this cottage due to it's proximity to family members and the places we wanted to visit in the White Peak. Apart from being a well maintained, clean and cosy place, we were particularly impressed by the little touches such as the welcome pack of wine and snacks, the amply stocked kitchen and almost everything we would expect at home but not always in a rental property. In short, comfortable, cosy and clean. Excellent!

Beautiful cottage!

We had a wonderful short break at this beautiful well equipped cottage. It has everything you need and more. Lots to do nearby, enjoyed Matlcok Bath and the Heights of Abraham. Had a great meal at The Greyhound Inn, less than a 5 min walk from the Cottage. We enjoyed having breakfast in the little courtyard garden with the radio playing. Shame we had to go home!

Fabulous!

Pathways is a beautiful, comfortable and welcoming cottage. Somewhere we all felt really relaxed and at home. Especially comfy sofas! Fabulously clean. Lovely welcome bits and lots of basics like washing up liquid, oil, salt&pepper, shower gel etc. Communication with owners was easy with very quick replies to any questions. Will definitely go back

Summer week away

This is a charming quaint cottage which belies its small size to create a great living space. A blend of traditional and modern will suit all tastes. Well apointed for farmhouse or al fresco dining convenient for the national parkand also derbyshire and nottinghamshire villages. Very comfortable place to stay.
