Unique two-bedroom apartment, where every little thing for relaxation is provided, is located in an ideal place for relaxation, in the very center, the Old Town of Alicante, just 10 minutes from the Postiguet beach.

The narrow streets in the lively Old Town are lined with bars and restaurants. Old ficus trees grow in Gabriel Miró Square, there is a fountain and a cafe with terraces, and designer boutiques are located in the green Puerta de San Francisco square. A visit to the monastery built in the 17th century and ancient palaces, where the nobility of Alicante lived, leaves a unique impression, and now they are open to tourists.

Alicante today is a modern city with a well-developed infrastructure: restaurants, shops, public transport, playgrounds and shops. Thanks to the unique location of the house, you will be able to enjoy both the urban infrastructure and the beach and walks along the modern promenade.

The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two separate single beds, a sofa bed in the living room, the apartments are ideal for families of 4 people. Upon request, it is possible to provide a baby cot (for a child up to 3 years).

The apartments are equipped with bedding, towels, and basic hygiene products.

The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle.
