Front desk staff need better training in how to provide good customer service at check in . We requested higher floor with sea view . a week before our arrival and when we were asked to check in few days early before arrival their link was not working . When we arrived we were given first floor . Looked nothing like the photo from our Expedia booking .then we were given second floor much smaller room
We tried to change the room since we had 5 more nights to go but the woman at the front desk seemed very irritated and sent us (with a staff member who didn’t speak a word of English )looking at two rooms the first one we found other guests looking at the room and decided to take it and the second room was in a construction zone are and extremely far form lobby . So we decided forget about changing the room.
Lobby was ok and very few places to set . When the door open all the cigarette smells go to the lobby even the bar area is open to the outside making it hard to set their with all smoke coming in.
Breakfast was excellent.
