We had issues at our previous hotel we had to leave, so we arrived after midnight. There was a group of people at the front desk that had been waiting over 20 min for someome to check them in. It was a group effort to knock on doors, check the area, until a friend of the front desk clerk found her and brought her to the front. Lord knows what she was doing in the back of the hotel so long.

The person at the front desk was curt and dismissive, with no explanations as to where our room was. However, the cleaning staff was friendly, and did a good job with what they had to work with. The carpet was pretty dirty….needs a good shampoo. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot, and the ac was cold.

Staff was rude from the start, didn’t have our rooms ready at check in time, wouldn’t accept other payment from what I booked with. Don’t get me started on rooms. They smelled so awful of mildew and throw up, the carpet was moist and overall experience was terrible. We didn’t stay because of the overwhelming smell and are requesting a refund. We had two different rooms and they both smelled awful.
