These modern villa is located at two of the most spectacular beaches in the middle of the nature protection area of the Western Algarve. It offers a 180 ° breathtaking ocean view. The 265 qm house is equipped with every comfort, heated pool, underfloor heating in all levels (with cooling system), well equipped kitchen, contemporary furniture, weber grill station, internet and satellite TV. It is located 20km from Lagos with its colorful life and its wonderful beaches as well. The western Algarve is absolutely the best surfers paradise with lots of surf schools. Aljezur is 5 km away and has different shopping possibilities, the busy touristic areas of the south algarve with 80 golf courses (Lagos, Sagres, Portimao, Albufeira) is to reach in 30-45 min by car drive. You can find in the surrounding fine dining, wonderful landscape, horse riding, scuba diving, adventure parks, tons of outside activities and a very special piece of earth, for people who appreciate the nature beside the touristic noise.

What a property. What a stay. This house is truly amazing. The kitchen is really well equipped. The outdoor area is perfect for entertaining. And the location to the beach and local eats is a bonus. Filipa the property manager welcomed us to the house and was super responsive with communications. Stay here if you can!

Gorgeous villa in Algarve area still unspoiled by the tourist mob

We are two families of four and stayed in the villa for one week in August of 2017. The villa is superb with amazing ocean views, contemporary furnishing, and all the modern appliances. Uta, the owner, and Phillipa, the property manager were very helpful before and throughout our stay. The surrounding area so far has resisted the mass tourism while there are still some great dining options and various activities. It is a favored by surfers, which we are not, but we still had an amazing vacation. Local beaches are great with some breathtaking scenery. Be warned, if you have never been to this part of Algarve it may get windy during the day and chilly at night, even in July and August, so if you are looking for a hot lazy summer vacation this area may not be for you.

Commençons par les informations précises et accueillantes fournies par l’hôte ainsi que ses délicates attentions. Ensuite, nous avons été accueillis de manière ultra professionnelle par Filipa qui nous a fourni de précieux conseils pour la suite de notre séjour. Enfin, que dire de ce lieu préservé, de cette vue extraordinaire, de ces couchers de soleil uniques. Les enfants ont goûté aux joies du surf, la famille s’est régalée tant dans les restos que dans cette villa d’architecte extrêmement bien pensée et équipée et à la localisation juste parfaite. Le seul regret est d’avoir dû quitter cet endroit magique, heureusement les souvenirs resteront! Évidemment à conseiller sans réserve ☺️. Semaine de bonheur XXL 🤩! Grazie, Manu et les enfants

Super schönes Haus in toller, ruhiger Lage

Wir waren mit 7 Personen in dem Haus. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Der Ausblick ist einfach ein Traum! Sehr schöne Strände mit wenig Leuten. Sehr ruhige Lage zum totalen abschalten! Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen!!

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in dieser Traum-Villa und wieder begeistert. Ausstattung, Betreuung, Lage, Restaurants ... es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Und wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt, einfach 30 km an die Südküste fahren und sich in die Sonne legen! Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal da.

Tolles modernes Haus mit unglaublichen Meerblick

Lage wie Ausstattung des Hauses sind super. Kurze Wege zu tollen Stränden im wunderschönen Naturschutzgebiet und sehr guten Restaurants. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden. Der Pool und die Terrasse laden zum Verweilen ein. Gut ist, dass der Pool geschlossen werden kann, was vor allem mit kleinen Kindern eine grosse Sicherheit ist. Und dazu noch der wunderschöne Meeresblick aus fast allen Zimmern. Einfach ein schöner Ort für Ferien.

Ein Traumurlaub wird wahr!

Schon bei dem 1. Kontakt im August 2017 hatte ich das Gefühl, die machen das Spitze. Meine Freunde informiert und gebucht. Die Organisation, die Hausverwaltung, einfach Spitze. Nun zum Haus! Es geht fast nicht mehr zum steigern. Die Zimmer + Küche + Pool + Ausblick, der Hammer. In 8 Minuten im Supermarkt in dem schönen Aljezur. Ausflüge sind in max. 1 Stunde zu machen. Für mich und meine Freunde steht fest. da kommen wir wieder her.

Tolles Haus in phantastischer Umgebung

... der Überschrift ist eigentlich nichts hinzu zu fügen .... Es sieht wirklich so schön wie auf den Bildern aus. Wir können nur empfehlen, den Restaurantempfehlungen zu folgen. Vor allem das "Gulli" ist phantastisch.... Wir (9 Personen) können dieses Haus zu 100% empfehlen.
