Great for us

Communication with owner was fantastic. Our grandkids loved the pond, fire pit and screen room. Very well equipped kitchen. Stove and refrigerator were excellent. Really nice country setting with spacious porch and excellent grill. Convenient to Olean and Cuba Lake. We do wish that at least one BR had a queen bed, but that wouldn't keep us from returning.

Summer trip

Week long trip. Very relaxing. Quiet. A lot of nature, animals, birds, etc. We saw over 10-20 deer every day driving to and from property. Very clean house. Very responsive host if you need anything. I would recommend this property.

Absolutely Perfect Getaway

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with David and this property. The entire house was pristine and had everything you could possibly need. We spent a little over a week there for Thanksgiving and could not have picked a better place. This will be our go to when we come in to visit family from now on.

It’s a very nice and well takin care of place. Very clean and stocked with some supplies. Unfortunately my trip was cut short so I really didn’t have a lot of time to check the trails out. I would highly recommend staying if you enjoy the wilderness. David the host is very accommodating and responsive.

This stay was wonderful for many reasons. the house was spacious enough that we could be more comfortable with our brother and sisterinlaw and their adult daughter. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need in a beautiful private setting. And the house is just minutes away from the family farm!

My partner,17 year old son, and I stayed at David’s place for two months over the summer. We had a lovely time. David is a fantastic host. He was always responsive if we had questions or concerns. The house is thoughtfully and well appointed. The grounds are gorgeous! Wild life surprises delighted me regularly.The town over, Orleans,has everything you may need,restaurants, bars, and shopping. There is also a movie theater in Olean. Thirty minutes away is Ellicottville with restaurants, cute shops,and breweries. There are other activities nearby as well and Hindsdale is only a half hour from Niagara Falls. We had a great time exploring the area and then returning to the peaceful abode. Thank you David and thank you Chad for keeping the landscaping so beautiful. We will be back.

Beautiful Views

My husband, I, and our 2 boys stayed here. The home had everything we needed and the property was absolutely beautiful! We had amazing views of the hills and enjoyed nature walks. Even had a few deer walking nearby. We made s’mores one night at the fire pit and our kids got to see fireflies for the first time! David was a great host and responded quickly if we had any questions. We will definitely be back.
