The cleaning people were not the nicest at all. The floors were little dirty going in had to go get our own tallls when we asked for housekeeping. The shampoo contdtioner and soap were less then half full. The toilet paper was not new someelse used it before us gross. Windows had fingerprints on them.

All areas of the hotel were clean. Staff was very friendly and location was great. However the room definitely needs a remodel. Charging block didn’t work lightning was poor and temperature was difficult to regulate. Also the breakfast area was too small too accommodate all the guests staying. We skipped it and went to a fantastic diner down the road. Hamiltons. Property is great for a quick overnight but wouldn’t stay more than that.

Not a fan. Won’t return.

Overall, our experience with this property was short and to the point. We got in around 10pm and checked out the next morning, as we were heading to Dorney Park. Really appreciated the short distance to Dorney! That unfortunately was probably the only positive aspect to our stay. This hotel was probably one of the lowest quality/ worst HIE I’ve ever stayed in. We were only given 2 bath towels for a double queen room, that’s crazy! Those towels were also very thin and poor quality. I think Dollar Tree has better towels than this property! The room smelled like a cheap cherry car air freshener. The carpets were stained, the bathroom was grungy, and the ceiling was peeling in the room. I wish I would have taken pictures. You could tell it was an older hotel that was renovated with never furnishings. However; it needs another refresh desperately. The aircon for the room was also very frustrating. I hate the Verdant thermostats. They make it so difficult to get the room cold with the motion sensor and stripped down settings. We struggled getting comfortable- it was either blowing full force on high (even with Low setting on) or not running at all. It wouldn’t let us run the ran by itself for background noise. Overall, the cons outweighed the pros for me. Checkout was at 11, the front desk associate graciously gave us an 11:30 checkout, but failed to notify housekeeping. We had a DND on the door and housekeeping knocked multiple times at 11:10am. Not a big deal.
