I put my crew in this hotel as it was super convenient to job site. After six nights they asked me to please move them to another hotel. They said they requested housekeeping multiple times and no one ever came. They also said they had roaches in their rooms. I had made reservations for two weeks and when i checked them out the woman at the front desk wanted to argue with me about it and said she could not refund the remaining 8 nights of the reservation. She said i would have to contact expedia but i made reservation through hotels.com and cant seem to find a number to talk to anyone about this. Not a good experience at all and i hope someone will contact me to let me know how to go about receiving a refund for nights that were not used.

The smell in the hotel and room was awful, gave me such a headache. Outlets in the room uncovered and hanging out of the wall. The sink dripped and we heard it all night. There was some freaky voodoo necklace hanging by the hotel entrance we didn’t even want to go in in the first place.
What in the world do they have hanging in the hotel entrance??!

Met The Need

Spiders in the bathtub, holes in the flooring, horrible soap. But the water was hot, the sheets clean, the bed comfortable and the AC quiet. Totally inedible "breakfast". I needed a dry, cheap place to sleep for one night, and I was in the room for less than 10 hours. It met my needs.
