Great room selection, very pleasant staff however it took 2.5 hrs for breakfast in lobby restaurant and valet lost my car keys. After several attempts to locate them, I had to walk to the lot myself and I found them on the outside windshield. So the keys were out in the open all night, not acceptable. Very unhappy with the way the stay ended. At minimum, I expect my $35. valet fee to be refunded. I can be reached at 917-880-0235

Excellent hotel.

All hotel staff—from valet to front desk to bartenders were all so helpful, pleasant, and professional. Everyone went out of their way to make sure the stay was pleasant The service definitely exceed expectations! The place was very clean and comfortable.

It seems that the entire building has some notable noice concerns, whether its from the racing intercections on the one way streets - to the water pipes / elevators. The staff was great - but I can not recommend a stay here for people desperately wanting to get some quality sleep.

I should preface this by saying I live historic properties and accept the quirks as part of the experience. This hotel could use an update. It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t remarkable. The staff were awful. Literally did not care, and seemed bothered by my presence. The staff makes this a 3 star hotel. Don’t expect much and you won’t be disappointed. Bar and restaurant close early.

Booked a double queen room but when we checked in was told the reservation system will book more than they have available so we had to get one king bed. Rooms were pretty nice & staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there on a Saturday night and despite being on the 4th floor the sounds from the street were loud. Overall though would consider it a good value for the price.

The hotel is quite nice and located in walkable distances to many pubs and restaurants. That is a good thing because the Windows on 6th restaurant is awful. It's a good place for a drink before going back to your room thanks to a very friendly bartender but my wife and I went for breakfast the next morning and it was a disaster. There were no other patrons and it was over 20 minutes before we were able to order. It then took another 20 minutes for our food to arrive. The pancakes were the worst I ever had and the mushroom and gruyere omelette which is on the menu did not have any mushrooms in it. Stay at the hotel but eat somewhere else.

Our first time staying there. The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were comfortable. That’s it. Our room was next to the emergency exit which had all the piping and water pipes going through it. It sounded like someone was power washing the walls all day and all night long. It was constant water, flushing and pipes banging. We were going to ask to be moved to a different room but we thought maybe the noise would stop. All night, loud noise, constant, banging pipes,it was horrible. We got absolutely no sleep. We should have just asked for a different room and hopefully that would’ve solved it. Checking in. Service was good. Checking out there was no one at the desk for about 15 minutes. We were standing there waiting with another couple waiting to check out, so we went to the breakfast area and no one was there either. Then a girl came out, apparently in charge of the service desk and the breakfast area. She did not seem to know what she was doing in the breakfast area, but she did help us out so that’s good. Then she ran over to the service desk and told us we could just leave. So we just left.

Speed racing is a real problem in our cities nationwide but it is extremely horrid in Allentown. The property was so accommodating to help rectify the noise by putting us in a higher apt on the backside. The entire staff is very nice esp CeCe the front desk mgr!
