Propriétaires malhonnêtes sous des dehors souriants. Je le dis directement : ces propriétaires ne sont pas honnêtes. Au moment de restituer la caution de 300€, 54€ ont été retenus pour un tiroir en plastique de réfrigérateur — sur un appareil qui a 24 ans. Une pièce en plastique sur un appareil aussi vieux, ce n'est pas de la vétusté qu'on discute poliment, c'est une facturation qui ne tient pas debout. Le site de paiement de la caution ne fonctionnait pas non plus, ce qui a obligé à un virement bancaire direct au propriétaire, et les relances pour obtenir ce prélèvement ont été insistantes à la limite du harcèlement ( menaces de venir chercher la caution en espèce a 23 heures). Un point d'attention aussi, pas une critique : il faut soit une voiture adaptée au chemin d'accès, soit être prêt à marcher environ 400 m à pied. Ce n'est précisé nulle part dans l'annonce. Pour tempérer : la maison est superbe, le site aussi, et le logement était propre — ce qui est la moindre des choses, pas un point qui rachète le reste. L'accueil, pendant le séjour, était souriant et sans accroc apparent. C'est justement ce décalage entre cette image et la façon de traiter la caution qui laisse un goût amer.
