Our room/bed, pool, bountiful buffet and staff were the highlights of this hotel. We did visit the spa and steam room on our last stay, the spa was a little run down and wouldn’t pay for this if we stay again. The service for the spa was odd as we weren’t sure what we were doing and were left to find where it is and what to do with no help.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel itself is very new and in good condition. It almost passes for 5 stars. The only thing we were disappointed with was the bed. We found the mattress very uncomfortable. After the first night we asked if they could change it but they said they were new and they didn't have any alternative. The staff were very helpful during our stay.

Personale gentilissimo, struttura di primissima qualita', SPA ben attrezzata, colazione abbondante e cucina eccezzionale... Che dire.. cerco sempre un difetto ma questa volta ho difficolta' nel trovarne uno! E' stato fatto un lavoro eccezzionale con grande cura dei dettagli. Auguro a tutti un buon soggiorno, consigliato sia alle coppie sia alle famiglie. Se ritorniamo in Salento sicuramente alloggeremo in questo albergo.
