Villa set in a very quiet pinewood area, outdoor dining area with a gas and charcoal grill, swimming pool and solarium, magnificent rest rooms all with TV. Large living room with four sofas and 55 inch TV, is undoubtedly a vacation villa.

This villa is situated next to two villa complexes: one with tennis sports park and other Verdizela sports entertainment, and the other with Golf - Aroeira Golf Resort. It is located in a nature reserve, 25 km from central Lisbon and just 3500 meters from the beach. Aroeira is the largest golf resort in the Lisbon area, 350 hectares, thousands of pine trees and 13 lakes. Family Base near Lisbon

This is a very spacious and well equipped family home. A car is essential but Beach only 6 minuets away and Lisbon only 30 minuets. The property does require some TLC especially the downstairs bedroom with en-suite. Don’t let that discount this property it is great fo a family holiday.

A wonderful villa to stay in

We were a group of 10 all aged 20 or 21 and could not have picked a better place to stay. The house was very clean, spacious and accommodated to all our needs. The location was great as we could easily get to the main city or the beach each day. Teresa was super helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. We would happily stay again and defiantly recommend to anyone!

Nice spacious house in a quiet neighborhood

Teresa is an excellent host. The house is perfect for a family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, which we loved. You do have to drive out to get food, etc but there are lots of places less than 15 minutes away. The only drawback is that the house and the area is rather damp in the winter. Will be perfect in the warmer months.

A lovely place to stay

We were of group of 15, adults and children. We were welcomed by Teresa as soon as we arrived. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The kids loved the fact there was a swimming pool, where they spent most of their time. The beach was a short car distance from the villa which was great. The city of Lisbon was also a short car distance which was perfect as we had a colder day during our stay so it was a day well spent in the city. It was easy to contact the owner, lovely lady. We will soon be back Teresa!

The house was spacious and every detail was made avail so that we had a fabulous vacation

The location was ideal for relaxing and going to the beach ( only a 8 min drive ) the owners made us feel very welcome and the house was beautifully furnished. Everyone had their own bedroom ( 5 ) and there was enough of everything to have a great vacation. The owners have really thought of everything to make our vacation comfortable and memorable. We will be back and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great house. We loved it ! The welcome cheese and wine was a really nice gesture from the owners. They also made sure that we had all the info necessary to have a great vacation.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, well decorated, well equipped villa, set in a quiet residential area.

A group of female family and friends having a break before my daughters wedding. We were welcomed by the owner, Teresa, even though our flight was delayed. She was kind enough to help with our shopping before she left us in her beautiful villa. Teresa had also left a welcome gift, which was well appreciated. We found local shops and restaurants in walking distance. Chacuzel was recommended by Teresa where we had a lovely meal. Transport was needed to visit Lisbon, we used taxis which were reasonably priced. The beach was a long walk, so would recommend transport. A lovely place to stay if you are looking for quiet time away from everything, but within a short car journey to the beautiful city of Lisbon. It was easy to contact the owner and she was very accommodating . Thank you Teresa

Superbe séjour!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison! Elle est d’ailleurs bien plus jolie que sur les photos de l’annonce, très bien équipée pour le groupe de 9 personnes que nous étions, très spacieuse. La plage est à 10mn en voiture, le quartier est très calme, nous avons passé une semaine de rêve! Teresa est très réactive et de bons conseils, nous avons fortement apprécié le vin et le gâteau à notre arrivée! Nous recommandons cette maison et n’hésiterions pas à y séjourner à nouveau si ce n’était pas aussi loin!

Je tiens à remercier nos hôtes pour leur amabilité,leur accueil chaleureux (un gâteau maison et du champagne nous attendaient a l'arrivée!),leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. La maison est très bien équipée, propre, la literie très confortable;elle est située dans un quartier calme proche de l’océan. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et faire un BBQ sur la terrasse tant la météo était propice ! Pour se déplacer jusqu'à Lisbonne , nous avons suivi les bons conseils de nos hôtes: nous prenions le bus 126 (proche de la maison) jusqu'à Cacilhas puis la navette maritime qui nous déposait en plein centre ville (très pratique mais juste un peu long). C'est la maison idéale lorsque l'on est nombreux! Encore merci à Teresa et son époux, toujours soucieux de notre bien-être,pour ce super séjour au Portugal!

Passamos uns dias muito agradáveis nesta casa. O imóvel esta bem decorado e bem equipado, permitindo que nos sintamos bem e como em casa. Os proprietários, com a sua simpatia e atenção, completam o necessário para que a instancia seja de facto como pretendido. Recomendo a quem queira passar uns dias de descanso longe da confusão da cidade.

Un accueil nulle part égalé !!!!

Nous avons eu de la part de Teresa un accueil exceptionnel. Un gâteau fait maison, une quiche, du vin, plein de bonnes choses dans le frigo.......bref, du jamais vu. La villa est spacieuse, agréable, lumineuse et propre. Elle est Située à une vingtaine de kms de Lisbonne , dans un quartier calme, Nous étions 9 adultes bien à notre aise. Hélas, le temps était très frais mais Teresa s’est chargée de nous trouver des chauffages d’appoint. Mais l’atmosphère est resté humide . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour . Cette villa possède tout le confort nécessaire. La piscine malgré le mauvais temps a été nettoyée. Un très grand merci à Teresa pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité. Elle a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable ! Merci à son mari d.être passe nous saluer lors de notre départ ! Les 9 amis de Frans

Escapade à Lisbonne

Weekend de 3 jours à Lisbonne dans cette très belle maison. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le couple ( gâteau et champagne). La maison est est spacieuse agréable et fonctionnelle. La literie est très bonne. Teresa est de bons conseils ( restaurant, accessibilité à Lisbonne par bateau). Il serait souhaitable juste de changer la robinetterie des douches. Encore merci.

Belle maison toute équipée, chambres spacieuses, bonne literie, barbecue à disposition. Térésa est réactive, accueillante et généreuse. Elle nous avait préparé un bon gâteau et mis des spécialités dans le frigo ainsi que du bon vin. Voiture recommandée pour aller faire les courses et aller à la plage. Véronique
