Nice size room, great location! Only downside was the WiFi was temperamental. I also wouldn’t recommend using their exchange service: rates are worse than the airport and the guy working there is rude.

The Hotel Kazakhstan feels like a fancy hotel but a little old fashioned. The rooms are spacious, services are all good, view is incredible, and breakfast outstanding. Our only complaint would perhaps be that it feels quite transactional - services are provided but only exactly what you have paid for.

Room was good and comfortable. No iron or board in room. Good value, great location. Entrance and signage is very maze-like, seems in back of building, amongst many cars. Good choice on breakfast buffet. More coffee machines in morning. Too much waiting to make coffee! Or have prepared large urns of coffee already
