The space

Located in an exclusive private residential complex of only 15 villas, this property is set in a privileged enclave on the shores of the coast of Almuñécar, also very close to its charming historic center. Perched above one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, recognized for its crystal-clear waters and Blue Flag status, the villa stands out for its avant-garde architecture and its open and bright design. As an additional experience, it is also possible to enjoy a private 37-foot catamaran and large sunbathing areas, ideal for spending the day with family or friends, whether in the bay of La Herradura or in small coves along the coastline accessible only by sea.

This spectacular southeast-facing villa offers 551 m² of pure comfort and elegance distributed over several floors, designed to live an exclusive experience by the sea. On the main floor there is a spacious and bright open-plan area that integrates the living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with top-quality appliances. The large floor-to-ceiling windows allow the interior and the terrace to merge into a single space, offering a direct connection with the outdoors and breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean.

From this floor there is access to a furnished terrace with a heated infinity pool and counter-current swimming system, an ideal space to relax and refresh at any time of the day. On this same floor there are two bedrooms: one with a queen size bed, private dressing room and en-suite bathroom, and another with two joined single beds, also with an en-suite bathroom.

Almuñécar, jewel of the Costa Tropical, combines history, beach and Andalusian charm. This picturesque coastal town offers a privileged climate all year round, beaches with crystal-clear waters and an old town with cobbled streets and Roman remains. Just 45 minutes from the city of Granada, where you can visit the Alhambra with its palaces and gardens, as well as the Generalife and Albaicín. You can also enjoy, between November and May, the incredible ski slopes of Sierra Nevada just 1 hour and a half from the accommodation.

Important: In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are required to register each guest and send the information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, it will be necessary to complete a form with the guests’ details.

Security deposit: A security deposit is required and is charged before the start of the stay. This amount is automatically and fully refunded within 24 to 72 hours after check-out, provided that no damage or incidents have been detected in the property.

We accept pets as long as they are not classified as potentially dangerous and limited to one pet per property. Unfortunately, we do not accept cats.
