The space

Located in an exclusive private residential complex of only 15 villas, this property is set in a unique enclave on the shores of the coast of Almuñécar, also very close to its historic center. Perched above one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, recognized for its crystal-clear waters and Blue Flag status, this avant-garde villa stands out for its natural and open character. As an added value, the villa has independent rooms, ideal for guests or families. These are two private bedrooms located outside the main villa: one with two single beds and another with a queen-size bed. Almuñécar, a jewel of the Costa Tropical, combines history, beach, and Andalusian charm. This picturesque coastal town offers a privileged climate all year round, beaches with crystal-clear waters, and an old town with cobbled streets and Roman remains. Just 45 minutes from the city of Granada, where you can visit the Alhambra with its palaces and gardens, as well as the Generalife and Albaicín. You can also enjoy, from November to May, the incredible ski slopes of Sierra Nevada, just 1 hour and a half from the accommodation.



Security deposit: A security deposit is required and is charged before the start of the stay. This amount is automatically and fully refunded within 24 to 72 hours after departure, provided that no damage or incidents have been detected in the property.



We accept pets as long as they are not classified as potentially dangerous and limited to one pet per property.

Unfortunately, we do not accept cats. Thank you for your understanding.
