Located on the side of a hill facing the Mediterranean coastline and the town of Almuñécar, this splendid holiday home features all the comforts you would expect to find in such a dream accommodation, where you can unwind and rejoice in the peace and quietness provided by the environment. The villa is distributed on two levels, and it has a separate living area and bedrooms area, both provided with their own cosy terrace. From here, you can access the pool area, located on a lower level.
The lovely, split-level living area is characterised by a high, wooden-beam ceiling and wide windows that let the light flood in and reflect on the clear-wooden furniture and white-washed walls of the room. The living room welcomes comfortable sofas, a majestic fireplace and a nicely-decorated dining area, next to which you will find the door leading to the fully-equipped independent kitchen. The three bedrooms with two single beds each all open around another terrace and are provided with warm/cool air-con. Two bathrooms with shower complete the indoor facilities of the villa.
Both terraces are permeated by a cosy and authentic atmosphere, which you can fully enjoy thanks to the comfortable chill-out area and sunshade provided. You can easily imagine yourself having a glass of wine or delighting with a tasty meal as you take revel in the staggering sea views. The lush vegetation that surrounds the house and accompanies you along the path leading to the private pool is the ultimate charming touch characterising this villa.
The terrace that welcomes the private pool also features some sun loungers and parasols to ensure you make the most of your stay, either while you sunbathe or as you shade from the sun rays. Please note that there are stray cats living on the farm who are used to being on the terrace of the house.
The access to the villa is made possible by a paved lane.
