It is 40m² in size and consists of a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. A furnished and partially covered terrace overlooking the garden and the surrounding mountain landscape is also part of the apartment. Here you can relax with a good book, eat together or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. In the shared outdoor area of the complex, which includes 5 houses of one owner, you will also have access to a large pool, a Jacuzzi and another large terrace with seating and outdoor barbecue.
