This spectacular holiday home features 8 spacious double bedrooms with magnificent views, 6 of them with private bathrooms. Each room has been decorated with charm and personality, creating a welcoming, original and vibrant atmosphere.



Villa air conditioning



So that our guests can clearly understand the characteristics of the property before booking, we want to detail the distribution of air conditioning equipment:



* 3 bedrooms have air conditioning.

* 1 bedroom with air conditioning is located on the upper floor.

* 2 bedrooms with air conditioning are located on the main floor.

* Bedrooms without air conditioning have fans for greater guest comfort.

* The kitchen also has air conditioning.



Therefore, it is important to note that the villa does not have air conditioning in all bedrooms. Air conditioning is complemented by fans in rooms that do not have air conditioning equipment.



From the villa you can enjoy impressive views of the Guadalhorce Valley and the 10th-century Arab castle, which when illuminated at night offers a truly magical sight.



The property, with no direct neighbours, guarantees great privacy and has one of the largest private pools in the area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying an unforgettable holiday.

Location



Located just 1 km from the charming white village of Álora, the villa is an ideal base for discovering Andalucía.



Short distances away are destinations such as Ronda or Marbella, and in just 45 minutes you can enjoy the beaches of the Mediterranean.



Furthermore, one of Málaga's most famous tourist attractions, the Caminito del Rey, is located just 15 km from the villa, along with numerous hiking routes that will delight nature lovers.



The location is also excellent for travelling by public transport: just a 5-minute walk away is the Renfe train station.



In approximately 8 minutes by train you will reach El Chorro and in about 35 minutes to Málaga city centre.



The airport is about 45 minutes away. As a reference, the journey can cost approximately €3 by train or €45 by taxi.



For adventure lovers, El Chorro is a true paradise, with via ferrata and over 1,500 climbing routes.



In Álora you will also find a wide variety of bars, restaurants and local shops, with options for all tastes and budgets.



House Rules



Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty.

Guests must take care of the waste generated, disposing of it in the designated bins before departure.

The swimming pool was amazing. The garden had different areas so good for finding the sun and we loved the bar and barbecue area.There was a big conservatory which allowed our party of 16 (8 adults 8 children) to enjoy a special meal in a spacious area.

Beautiful large villa, bohemian sums it up nicely with every room a treat. amazing pool, we had a small issue with it but that was quickly fixed. my only compliant was no spatula! the shaded outside bar area was a fantastic location to hang out in the evening with views of the castle. just lovely.

Fuimos un grupo de padres al campeonato estatal del Sector H de balonmano infantil femenino, la verdad no pudimos aprovechar al 100% la casa ya que andamos arriba y abajo para ver los partidos de las niñas, aunque estuvimos genial, Andres muy amable en la recepción y muy atento, tenian una botella de vino y cervezas de corresia, lástima que no pudimos aprovechar la piscina por el tiempo. Sehr bohémien eingerichtet, mit viel künstlerischem Geschmack. Vielleicht nicht alles technisch top auf der Höhe, aber wir verbrachten wunderbare Tage in dieser schönen Villa.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa pleine de charme. Certains équipements auraient pu être mieux adaptés au groupe de 17 personnes que nous étions (tables, couverts complets…) et la propreté du logement améliorée. La piscine est très grande. Malgré tous les efforts de Roan qui s’est toujours rendu disponible pour venir la traiter, elle est restée trouble tout le séjour. Enfin, nous confirmons que la climatisation n’est pas disponible dans toute la maison mais seulement dans 3 chambres sur 8 et la cuisine. Un gros atout est le nombre de salles d’eau et de toilettes, fortement appréciable lorsque nous sommes si nombreux. L’environnement que nous pensions très au calme est aux portes de la ville d’Alora et proche de la route et peut donc être parfois bruyant. Avec quelques améliorations, cette villa pourrait être un petit coin de paradis.

Det var et dejligt ophold, dog kunne det være rart med aircondition i alle værelser, og en lidt større opvaskemaskine til så mange mennesker, ligesom en vaskemaskine også ville have været rart. Køleskabskapacitet kunne også være lidt større, og lidt bedre knive 😊

We were a party of 13 including children

We were a party of 13 including children. The house is an old traditional Spanish building with plenty of character and original features. Minor maintenance needed in some areas such as loose floor tiles, but didn't negatively impact on our stay. The pool is fantastic and a real selling point and very well maintained during our stay. The kitchen is small but plenty of nice areas to eat outside. Also no washing machine, and only three of the 8 bedrooms have A/C. The host was very pleasant and attentive to any issues/queries during our stay... thank you! The listing states the house is very near Alora but unless you are in full health it is a very steep and winding road to walk with no footpath. Loads of nice restaurants and takeaways in the town. Overall a very relaxing stay.

Tack för en FANTASTISK vecka i detta underbara hus. Vi var 3 barnfamiljer och farmor/farfar. Enda nackdelen var att vi behövde bilar för att handla mat. Poolen var SUPER! Omgivningen vacker, fin växtlighet och ett upplyst, gammalt arabiskt fort högst upp på ett berg. Fin liten stad några km bort.

manque d'entretien extérieur surtout confort de certains matelas , couettes dimensions juste pour des lits 2 personnes, manque de placards rangements linge , un bric à brac , avec linge en vrac dans l'armoire de la chambre du bas ('pour 3 personnes) manque de torchons à vaisselle communication difficile avec la personne d'accueil ; heureusement qu'un de mes fils parlé couramment l'espagnol mais dans l'ensemble tout à bien fonctionné, nous sommes une famille qui savons faire "la part des choses" et sommes heureux de notre semaine Marie K et sa famille du Nord

Ruim schilderachtig huis

Met name de keuken was bepaald niet schoon. Keuken had geen warm water en de vaatwasser ontbrak. Voor de rest deden de andere voorzieningen het en met 11 personen hadden we alle ruimte. Leuk zwembad en gezellige decoraties. Ligging voor uitstapjes is prima.
