Casa Rústica El Castillejo Alpandeire by Ruralidays

Holiday home on the outskirts of Alpandeire, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This detached holiday home offers your family the possibility of spending some relaxing holidays, as it can accommodate up to five people. Its private pool, together with the Balinese bed, will become the perfect place for disconnecting and soaking up the quiet atmosphere of its 2-hectare plot with holm oaks and carob trees.

Inside, the house is rustic and welcoming. Out of the three bedrooms, two are equipped with one double bed, and one features three single beds. The living space welcomes a dining-living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout of the house.

The living room is provided with warm/cool air-con.

The living room opens onto the outdoor area, where a pergola with a summer kitchen and a BBQ is located. In front of it, the private pool ideal for refreshing, near which a shaded chill-out space lets the whole family gather and enjoy the ambience. Surrounding the pool, there are several parasols, sun loungers and the marvellous Balinese bed. Children can also enjoy the playground area and the ping-pong table.

The access to the house, which is also provided with a private parking lot, is possible via a 600-mt unpaved lane. Next to the private car park, there is a socket for charging electric or hybrid cars. The owner does not charge extra for this service.

Der Ort war FANTASTISCH. Viel Platz, besonders draußen. Überall gab es Plätze, wo man sitzen konnte. Schatten, Sonne, geschützt oder nicht. Der Pool ist schön und sauber. Innen ist das Wohnzimmer/die Küche etwas kleiner, aber der Außenbereich gleicht dies mehr als aus. Es gibt eine überdachte Außenküche! Das Dorf ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt und verfügt über ein köstliches Restaurant, das leider nicht täglich geöffnet ist. Planen Sie Ihren Besuch also ein. Ronda ist eine halbe Autostunde entfernt, um Lebensmittel einzukaufen Santiago ist super freundlich und hat gute Ausflugstipps Der Ort wird auch großartig sein, wenn Sie mit Kindern dort übernachten! Wir hatten ein paar Tage lang etwas niedrigere Temperaturen, aber wir konnten den Kamin mit Holz anzünden, das für uns bereitstand!

Es ist riesig und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Spielen, Wandern, Faulenzen usw. Unsere Mädchen liebten es, es zu erkunden, auf den Schaukeln zu spielen, im Spielhaus zu spielen usw. Der Pool ist schön, obwohl wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech hatten (und es ist unbeheizt). Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die die Natur lieben und Kinder haben! Sehr herzlicher Empfang auch vom Besitzer. Das Einzige, was man beachten muss: Die nahegelegene Stadt ist sehr klein und für alle (etwas größeren) Lebensmitteleinkäufe muss man eine Weile fahren.

Die Kinder liebten den Basketballkorb hinter dem Haus und wir genossen alle Spaziergänge auf dem Grundstück, kletterten in die eigene Höhle und erkundeten das Land. Die Aussicht von der Spitze des Hügels ist einfach atemberaubend. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Santiago hat an alles gedacht - Duschgel, Shampoo, Wasch- und Spülmaschinentabs, Handwäsche. Es gibt sogar eine Dolce-Gusto-Kaffeemaschine mit ein paar Pads, um Ihnen den Einstieg zu erleichtern. Wir haben alle gut geschlafen und den Außenbereich sehr genossen, man muss buchstäblich nirgendwo hingehen, es gibt so viel zu tun, wie Tischtennis, viele Orte zum Chillen wie zwei verschiedene Hängematten, Schaukeln für Kinder, Bett am Pool oder einfach auf einem der vielen Sitze sitzen, die Santiago in den Garten rund um das Anwesen eingebaut hat. Überall gibt es etwas zu sehen und zu entdecken. Kleines Haus für die Kinder zum Spielen mit dem Fahrrad oder Roller, alles auf dem Grundstück. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur, es ist gut ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und sauber, es fehlt an nichts. Der Außenbereich ist fabelhaft mit allem Komfort und außergewöhnlicher Dekoration, wir haben uns an seinem guten Bio-Gemüse, Obst und Kräutern geschlemmt, ohne den kleinen privaten Wald zu vergessen, der großartig zu besuchen ist. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und so gepflegt, dass man das Chlor nicht richtig riecht. Das Haus liegt neben einem sehr schönen Alpandeire-Dorf, es gibt eine kleine Bäckerei-Cafeteria und ich empfehle das Restaurant El Tapeo, danke David für dein gutes Essen und deine leckeren hausgemachten Pizzen. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur, es ist gut ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und sauber, es fehlt an nichts. De buitenruimte rond het huis is fijn met allerlei plekjes in de zon of in de schaduw en met zwembad. Er zijn geen buren behoudens landerijen met schuurtjes. Voor kleine kinderen is het een speelparadijs, waarbij zelf van de grote rotsheuvel om het woonterrein heen gebruik kan worden gemaakt. De livingroom is klein en eenvoudig met slechts een bank en een eettafel + aanrecht. De eigenaar Santiago komt elke twee à drie dagen om het zwembad schoon te maken en zijn moestuin te verzorgen. Hij is zeer hulpvaardig. De korte, half verharde weg ligt dichtbij het dorp Alpandeire (20 min. rijden van Ronda). Het dorp heeft een zeer klein winkeltje en twee restaurants/hotel die alleen in het hoogseizoen vaker open zijn. Vooral de stilte en de afzondering hebben wij zeer gewaardeerd. Er zijn direct vanaf de woning slechts een paar wandelroutes (GR) beschikbaar.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house. The pool is a great size and the house was perfect for the four for us but it could easily host a larger family. Set in its own grounds it's brilliant for a nice relaxing holiday. Ronda is a great place, loads to see and do in & around the town. The house is set up great for kids, loads of lovely touches to make it a special place and lots to explore in the grounds. The twenty minute journey from Ronda to Alpandeire has some fantastic views. Santiago is the perfect host - a lovely guy. Always happy to help if required and he went as far as tour guiding us around the area a couple of times. It was a great privilege to be able to help ourselves to the organic vegetables from the house gardens. Great value for money, we would highly recommend this quirky house.

Estuvimos una pareja con nuestros hijos, en total dos adultos y 2 niños y estuvimos estupendamente.

Estuvimos una pareja con nuestros hijos, en total dos adultos y 2 niños y estuvimos estupendamente. Instalaciones muy preparadas y limpias... por ejemplo vas a hacer una barbacoa y te encuentras todo lo necesario para ello, pinzas para la carne, tenazas para el carbón, etc. La limpieza de toda la casa ... impecable. La casa esta muy bien acondicionada con todo lo necesario, utensilios de todo tipo en la cocina y hasta lavadora con detergente y suavizante, lavavajillas, cafetera eléctrica, etc. El entorno de la casa es estupendo para los niños, caminamos por un pequeño sendero dentro de la propia finca y el cual es precioso... ¡¡¡ hasta con cueva ¡¡¡. La piscina es una maravilla, limpia como la de un hotel de 5 estrellas. En definitiva, la casa y sus instalaciones, su entorno, el pueblo de Alpandeire... y las vistas al valle del Genal fueron toda una experiencia. Desde la casa hicimos dos excursiones, una a Juzcar (pueblo pitufo) y otra a Ronda. Ronda se encuentra a tan solo unos 20 minutos de la casa en coche, unos 16 Km. Toda una experiencia y muy recomendable para familias con niños/as. Muchas Gracias Santiago por todo. Te debía el comentario por lo bien que estuvimos. Saludos.

Hola buenas decir que es una casa espectacular es un sitio muy tranquilo para descansar y muy amplio nosotros es la segunda vez que hemos estado y lo hemos pasado genial tiene un huerto ecológico donde todo estaba buenisimo y los niños lo han pasado en grande porque tienen una zona habilitada para ellos una piscina para nosotros solos donde hemos estado muy agusto y la casa en general era muy bonita con su barbacoa y todo y el trato que nos ha dado santiago a sido muy buena muy atento con todo gracias y si podemos seguro que volveremos saludos.

Die Berge, die saubere Luft, die herrlichen Landschaften, dieses charmante Haus, nichts Vergleichbares, um Ihre Energie wieder aufzufüllen. Es war wirklich sehr nett von Ihnen, es mit uns zu teilen. Dank Ihnen hatten wir einen unvergesslichen Sommer, die Kinder liebten die verschiedenen Aktivitäten (Tischtennis, Radfahren, Swing, Minigolf ...) Vielen Dank an Santiago für Ihren herzlichen Empfang und Ihren guten Rat. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Ihrem Haus. Und nochmals vielen Dank für Ihr Obstgartengemüse, es war köstlich. Unser Aufenthalt verlief sehr gut und wir konnten Ihre wunderschöne Region entdecken. Bis bald. Heerlijke ontspannen vakantie gehad. Zeer mooie rustige ligging met alle privacy. De zeer sympatieke eigenaar Santiago komt af en toe de planten water geven, maar geeft ook zeer nuttige tips over te ondernemen dingen, avontuurlijke wandelingen, bezienswaardigheden en restaurants. Het zwembad is fantastisch. Het huisje is eenvoudig en niet heel groot, maar alles zit erop en eraan. We konden ter plaatse gelukkig nog een paar dagen bijboeken! We komen snel een keertje terug.

We really loved our stay at this beautiful rural house! We enjoyed swimming in the pool durimg bthe hottest days and we felt very confortable in the house, since it resulted perfect for the number of guests. The place is brilliant for a nice and relaxing holiday, but from there we could also explore this beautiful area. We went to visit Ronda, it is a great place, very interesting and authentic with a lot of things to do around the town. The twenty minute journey from Ronda to Alpandeire has also a beautiful views. We went with the family and children: the house is set up great for kids, and they loved our stay a lot. Santiago is the perfect host, lovely, kind and helpful. He was always happy to help us when we need it and he gave us also many advices about what to see and what to do in the area. It was a great privilege to taste the organic vegetables from the house gardens, they were delicious. We would highly recommend this holidays home.

Our holiday was a success and this was partly due to the fantastic house with a pool and lots of privacy. But also by Santiago: a good and very friendly host who gave us valuable tips and leaded us through Ronda as a guide to attractions. He and his wife made sure that everything in the house, the terrain and the pool is very neatly and clean. And you can freely eat vegetables from the garden (huerta). Tips: EAT La Casa Grande in Alpandeire: not super cheap, but delicious and refined. And…. at walking distance. Bodega San Francisco in Ronda (just outside the ancient city gate: good food, low prices, nice spot. Sometimes all tables are occupied. Restaurante Las Banderas roadside Ronda - Benoajan, 2 km before Benoajan: authentic family company, good food, low prices, friendly service The best sangria ever !! Handwritten bill by 'papa'. SIGHTS Granada Alhambra: Worth it! We had not booked in advance and therefore had no access to Palacios Nazaries, but that is only 5% of the whole. The tickets will then cost half the price of full access… Ronda: lots to see. Some museums are free one day a week open, but the next week may again another day or another museum. Ask at reception of the museum worthwhile. Very nice is a guided tour through Santiago. Price included! Only give him a Coke after the walk. Setenil de las Bodegas: here the houses are built under and in the rocks. Park the car outside the city center, the streets are very narrow! Sevilla: old center with many attractions. Park your car outside the city, with the Metro you step out right in the center. Ask Santiago details about parking. Cádiz: beautiful coastal town, nice parks with tropical vegetation. Gibraltar: a ‘must seen’. Park your car still in Spain, near the McD. Go walking across the border (don’t forget your passport!!) and take the regular bus to the center for a few euro’s. That’s the simplest and cheapest way. For a total package including cable car and museums you have to pay ten times more. Bus stands about 100 m. behind the border-office.
