Our room was clean and well appointed. A full kitchen was available for our use along with cooking and eating utensils. A washer, dryer and dishwasher as well as some cleaning supplies were also at hand. The bed was quite comfy. The room was also supplied with extra blanket and pillows as well. The resort amenities and activities were plentiful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The lady at the front desk welcomed us to the resort and had things ready when we arrived. She stated, and I believe her, that she saw us arrive and began the check in process. I was impressed! The indoor and outdoor pools were clean and appeared to be well maintained. The were only a few drawbacks, other than having to leave the resort. Getting onto the property was a bit challenging. The property is situated inside a gated community along with condos and private homes. There are separate gates for guests and residence. The kiosk at the entrance was a little bit of a hassle, but, once figured out, not too bad. The signage was limited to the head of the road right off the main road. No other signs were noted until arriving at the Westgate resort. Just stay on the road and no turning on side streets. The other drawback is the distance required to find a restaurant. But, if you bring your own, just stock the fridge. One more thing… the sofa bed. Our young one slept on it. After making the bed, I tried it. Bed was very uncomfortable. Ok for kids I guess. We would stay here again
