I booked a room same day as check in, but the property closes at 5p and had to go thru an answering service and 2 people to be told i wouldnt be able to get a room, waiting in 20 degree weather with snow and ice on the road, had to drive 2.5hrs at 15mph to get off the mountain for other accommodations. Terrible experience.

We had a new room, all wood, gorgeous bathroom, the room was a big, comfortable room with 2 comfortable recliners. Great bed, so pleasantly surprised Gorgeous deck, ans views

Check in was staff less, so I cannot really rate the staff, but the written instructions where good enough for me to get into my room. No complaints about the room and I like the location, very quiet!
