Vacation farm at the foot of Sierra Nevada, Andalusia Spain

On the first floor there are 6 bedrooms, two of which are en suite, all with their own entrance and terrace that can accommodate 13 people. On the ground floor there are two shared bathrooms with toilet. and shower that are accessible via an external staircase and a large communal kitchen. On the ground floor there is an apartment with private bathroom, bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. In front of the communal kitchen/diner there is a spacious terrace (100 m2) with a large barbecue and a view of our olive grove and the peaks of the Sierra Nevada. For heating there is a wood stove and butane gas stove. Since the Balsa is located at an altitude of 1250 meters, the nights are generally pleasant and therefore we do not have air conditioning. Balsa is intended for people who want to enjoy the peace and quiet and is not suitable for parties.
