It consists of a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Land of 4000m2, private swimming pool, terraces, garage and parking for several cars. 5 minutes from the town of Altea la Vieja, 10 minutes from the beaches and 5 minutes from Golf Don Cayo.
