Our secret place is in Altea la VELLA

A winding road from the village takes you past golf course Don Cayo, a quiet building at the foot of the Sierra Bernia, a mountain range that Altea sheltered from the north wind.

The location guarantees a super holiday where you can enjoy swimming, hiking, reading and eating ... you have very large terrace. A fantastic place for a relaxing holiday.

The luxuriously furnished apartment has a great view of the bay (and the church) of Altea, in the woods and slopes of the Sierra BERNIA.

The shops in Altea la Vella can be reached within a few minutes, as well as the beach and the promenade with all its restaurants and terraces overlooking the sea.

Due to the wonderfull location, we recommend do need a car. Cars can park here perfectly.

Our "Appartement Terrazas" is modern: giant lounge sofas with luxurious fleecedenkens, design chairs with modern dining table, flat-screen TV Vlaanderen and all major TV channels, brand new box-spring bed with double mattress and a Nespresso machine. On the large, delightful terrace with a beautiful view is a 6-seater sofa and furniture.

2nd bathroom with new shower, because we think this is important on holiday!

The kitchen is equipped with every comfort: two coffee machines, blender, pots and pans, cava and wine glasses ... until icecream spoons :-)

The Terrazas Altea

The apartment is very tired looking and needs renovating, towels/ linens and bedding need replacing, a lot of repairs need doing to bring it up to the 5* rating the owners put on it. Russell the host met us and was very courteous and helpful, we could not find fault with his services and excellent local knowledge. We were charged 35 euros a week for electricity without the owners knowing how much we used. No British TV and music library. A car is essential

El mobiliario es muy viejo y roto. En plena ola de calor no pueden ponerte límite al gasto eléctrico. La mitad de los armarios están cerrados con un candado y no se pueden usar. Se echa de menos un toldo. Hay mucha diferencia entre lo que se ve en la foto y lo que te encuentras. El sitio está muy bien. Un saludo.

The location is stunning! Wonderful view from the large terrass and quiet area. Pool with nice surrounding. You can tell the appartment is for renting. Several tiles that were either broken or loose. A damp smell in the second bedroom that did not go away even though we vented

Schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung

Es hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Russell - der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war zuvorkommend und gab gute Tipps. - Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ideal auf für die Nutzung mit Freunden. Die Terrasse ist grosszügig. Wenn man ein Auto hat man ein tolles Umfeld von Bergen bis Meer direkt in der Nähe.

Fijn appartement met enkele gebreken

Alles was aanwezig en het uitzicht en terras zijn prachtig! De bedden zijn erg goed. Helaas was de garagedeur-opener niet aanwezig en moesten we met al onze bagage drie trappen omhoog lopen om in het appartement te komen. Nadat de auto wel in de garage kon staan, moet je nog altijd een trap nemen, er is namelijk geen lift. Het apartement verdient enige renovatie. De bank buiten moet vernieuwd en de geiser moet nagekeken worden.

Urbanización tranquila

Ubicado en una urbanización de Altea la Vella, necesario coche. Antena parabólica con mil cadenas pero ninguna española (excepto tv Extremadura) ni siquiera de radio en español. Cama y sofá muy cómodos. Parking en el exterior de la urbanización, si no el vecino t pone una foto con tu coche y una nota diciendo q va a llamar a la policía si no lo sacas del recinto, aunque hay cocheras disponibles.

ATENCIÓN Y ALOJAMIENTO MUY BUENOS

La verdad que no nos ha faltado de nada en el apartamento, está muy bien equipado, la limpieza muy buena.La piscina en nuestras fechas, muy limpia y nada concurrida. Hay que subir unas escaleras para acceder al apartamento. La zona de Altea preciosa, todas sus playas son de piedra. Gracias a Russell por su atención
