On the GROUND FLOOR, you will find the entrance with a guest toilet, a cosy living-dining room with Sat/DTT TV and access to the terrace, as well as a very well-equipped kitchen. In addition, it has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with an en-suite shower. The UPPER FLOOR consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed (one of them with an en-suite bathroom and shower). It also features a spacious solarium with impressive mountain views.
EXTERIOR: The villa offers a pleasant outdoor space that includes a private 10x6m pool, a refreshing outdoor shower, a brick barbecue ideal for preparing delicious meals in the company of family or friends, and a closed garage.
LOCATION: Perfect for golf lovers, given its proximity to the Don Cayo Golf Club, 1.3 km away. It is also located less than 5 km from the charming centre of Altea and its beautiful stone beaches.
