Vacation home for 12 people, 8 rooms, 4 bathrooms with fireplace and large lounge

The small Lärchenhof is located above Altenberg, right next to the ski slope on the edge of the forest and surrounded by nature. With approximately 220 m² of space spread across different levels, the house offers plenty of room for 12 people.
There are four spacious double rooms on two levels, accommodating up to 4 people. All double rooms have their own private bathroom.
In the loft, we offer our guests a great view of the ski slope as well as a large table for 12 people, which is well-suited for groups and social gatherings. The ground floor is the heart of the house—our lounge area with a fireplace. Here you’ll find a large seating area where you can comfortably wind down in the evening after an eventful day. Also on the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen. Outside, you can barbecue on a covered terrace/pavilion and enjoy social evenings. Thanks to its location right next to the ski slope and cross-country trail, our house is ideal not only for hiking groups but especially for winter sports enthusiasts. The ski school is located right next to the house.
All public facilities, such as the swimming pool, bakery, restaurants, etc., are within walking distance. Bed linens and towels can be booked through Fewo for a fee of 20 euros per person. Pets are allowed upon request. The fee is 10 euros per pet per night. The first 40 kW of electricity is included; after that, we charge 40 cents per kWh.
