La PICCOLA ROMEA e' un appartamento ottimo per una vacanza lontana dalla confusione, ideale per una coppia ma con 4 posti letto, vicina alle citta' d'arte LUCCA FIRENZE PISA PISTOIA ... e ottima per percorsi guidati con le bici.
A pochi metri ci sono due borghi Medioevali da visitare: Altopascio e Montecarlo di Lucca, a pochi km Collodi il paese di Pinocchio..
L'appartamento situato al primo piano di una fantastica villa , offre aria condizionata, frigo, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, bagno con doccia ed una resede privata davanti all'entrata dell'appartamento con sdraio, tavolo esterno, GIARDINO PER BAMBINI e posto auto privato, separato dall'entrata principale della casa da dove si accede da un cancello elettrico. La casa e' dotata di pannelli solari e rispetta le nuove normative CEE per fonti rinnovabili. gli ospiti scelgono questa struttura perche' vicino a tutti i confort ma non in un centro abitato. nel centro del nostro paese di Altopascio ci sono ristoranti pub gelaterie longdrink e spaghetterie......e per arrivare a Firenze senza problemi di parcheggi auto, con la nostra stazione in una ora sarete in centro di Firenze.
