Nice beach location - bring your own coffee!

Came for business, wonderful location by the beach. Quiet and comfortable. The only real downside (which is kind of a big deal) there was no coffee/tea. There is a coffee maker, you need to bring your own ground beans. That was odd, even airbnb"s supply some coffee. Would have been nice to know om advance

Had a studio room which was very nice. Easy walk to beach and the staff was very friendly. Got there a bit early and let me have an early checkin. This is now my go to resort in Montauk.
