This property is staffed by some amazing people - including Ilenia, Maria and Angelo. The hotel itself features clean and recently renovated rooms. Our room (on the top floor) featured a hot tub and loungers on a balcony as well another balcony overlooking the sea. Views from the room included the marina and the town of Amalfi. The hotel is close (under 2 minute walk) to the marina for those arriving by ferry (or bus). It is also under 2 minutes walk to the town of Amalfi. Of particular note should be that this hotel has no elevators/lifts and guests may need to climb 2-4 flights of stairs. The good news is that Angelo is available to act as a porter and was able to carry suitcases to the top. A nice touch is breakfast which is only available “in room” (based on leaving an order in your door the night before). The front desk (Maria) was able to assist with your reservations and local advice.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. They met us when we arrived and immediately helped us with our bags and showed us around and how to get to the hotel. The room, especially the bed, was comfortable and nicely air conditioned for the hot summer weather. The front desk was absolutely amazing. They helped us get around to other neighboring towns and assisted us with any needs we had. They were very kind and friendly. The location was also perfect, right need the city center and easy to get around.

Our hosts Maria, Ilenia, Pina and Angelo were super helpful and very communicative. It was a breeze to check in. The offer to carry the luggage as well. The room itself is very close to the main square and we had an amazing view. We loved the room and the luxury it provides.

Great location and very Hospitable.

Very good location especially if visiting for first time. Everyone was really helpfull, Maria, Ilenia provided a lot of info for the area. Overall a comfortable stay with a lot of time saved travelling as you are 2 mins away from ferry and bus terminal.

Stayed 3 fabulous nights Palazzo Vitagliano Maria and the staff could not do enough even coming out to help us with our cases. Breakfast in your room is nice and very convenient, as for the views stunning right on the sea front. So if you’re looking for a hotel to stay in Amalfi this should be your first choice. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and really made it enjoyable and memories that will stay with us forever. Highly recommend and will definitely go back.

The view from our balcony was just stunning, the location right at the front of the port was perfect for travelling around and the service and breakfast was exceptional. This property is right along the coast where you want to be in the center of Almafi. Be advice there is no elevator but the staff will grab your bags!! The bed was perfect we could hear the ocean as it put us asleep everynight. A fresh cooked breakfast brought to your room for breakfast in bed.

This is by far the best hotel we have experienced on our France and Italy vacation. The location is close to the ferrry, bus terminal and main town square area. Prime location with minimal stairs. The staff greeted us at the taxi area and carried our luggage to check in. The room was immaculate. Decorated with amazing stone work and a panoramic view of the sea. The in room complementary breakfast was gourmet and plentiful. The staff was very attentive. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Perfect place to stay in Amalfi

Great concierge service from Maria, contacted me via Whatsapp before arrival where we were able to organise Angelo to take our car and park it safely for the duration of our stay. Super easy, stress free. The hotel itself was immaculate, such nice interior design and so comfortable to stay in. Would 100% recommend staying here, it was so lovely and the staff were so helpful and friendly, particularly Maria and Angelo

Amazing Stay

This place is amazing. Ilenia and Martin (all the staff) made sure we had the best stay during our honeymoon. The service is top tier and they make sure you have everything you need. The breakfast is 10/10 and in a very safe location. I definitely recommend you stay here. You won’t be disappointed. Also extremely close to the ferry and food/shops.

The staff was very accommodating including Ilenia, Martin, and Angelo. They provided dinner recommendations, accommodated our rental car, and brought breakfast (a lot of breakfast) on time every morning. They carried our suitcases from the ferry terminal up all the stairs. Room was beautiful and had a great view. And Salvatore Ferragamo toiletries. Great attention to detail. Area is quiet in the low season but enough restaurants open nearby. Highly recommend! Stunning property! Grazie!

Unbelievable!!!! Where to start… great communication with the host. They met us at the ferry and carried our bags to our room. The room was incredible as was the views. Large spacious, modern and very comfortable. The toiletries (Ferragamo) were a lovely bonus also. The breakfast served in your room was a highlight and delicious. Highly recommend - we didn’t want to leave!

Truly Exceptional Stay – Hospitality At Its Finest

As someone who spends more than 100 nights a year in hotels, I’ve experienced a wide range of hospitality, however this stay was an absolute standout. The team went above and beyond to accommodate our every request. Angelo, our host, embodied the essence of true hospitality. His attentiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction far exceeded expectations. The rooms were delightful; beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and equipped with every amenity one could desire. Most notable was the moment Angelo opened the balcony doors to reveal the breathtaking views. After a long day of travel, I was truly moved. This hotel was an unexpected delight, offering not just comfort but an unparalleled experience. I cannot recommend it highly enough. This place is definately a hidden gem in Amalfi. Angelo provides in room breakfast promptly as requested as well as handling your luggage in and out of the property.
