Spread across three levels connected by charming stone staircases, the villa offers 300 sqm of refined interior space and over 600 sqm of outdoor living, including panoramic terraces, lush gardens, and tranquil lounging areas.
The villa accommodates up to 19 guests in six beautifully appointed bedrooms and five bathrooms, with additional sofa and single beds available upon request. Inside, guests are welcomed into an atmosphere of timeless elegance: vaulted ceilings, antique terracotta floors, curated vintage furnishings, and hand-crafted details are paired with modern comforts such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, espresso machine, dishwasher, and laundry facilities.
Outside, the private swimming pool (6x8 m) overlooks the bay and can be heated on request (extra charge of €500).
