Front office staff was very nice and accommodating when I needed something. The air conditioner in our room did not work, and we had WAY too much stuff unpacked to ask to make a change. The room itself smelled upon entry and felt grungy for a family with children. Breakfast options are limited for dietary restrictions.

The door lock didn’t work but the flip latch worked. Hopefully they fixed the door lock because if my very tall husband hadn't been with me i would have NOT STAYED IN THAT ROOM!!!!!

First room we were given had a large urine stain on the mattress(yes, I pull back sheets to check). Second room has worn sheets. The room has all fluorescent light bulbs so that’s harsh. Bathroom door wouldn’t close (scraped in the frame). Breakfast was “meh”- “hot” water for coffee and oatmeal was lukewarm. Beds were comfortable. Room had a stale odor even after running air conditioning.

Clean & Basic Room

This room at this hotel was ok and clean, which at this price point is all you can expect these days. Shower was clean and functioning as it should. They did have a nice pet relief area that was very clean! Loved that for our furbaby. Had a small fridge with no freezer in it, and a microwave, plus a small coffee maker, but coffee was not good. We would stay here again if the price stays reasonable.

Everything I needed

This place had everything we needed for our short stay. Breakfast was simple but had hot items. I appreciated it. Only thing I didn’t like was they asked for my phone number. I was skeptical but it didn’t seem optional. Sure enough 2 mins after checking in they started texting me. This seems to be common with some hotels these days, but it was my first experience with it. Didn’t like that! Otherwise it was a great stay.

This hotel is a little older but the room was kept well and the lobby was bright. The staff was great. There was an issue with the WiFi but they walked me through a workaround in a pleasant way. It's close to several dining options and easy to get in and out of.
