Very pet friendly -- no fees (aside from refundable deposit). Extremely clean and tidy. Staff very helpful, especially Chris who was very dedicated to making sure all client concerns were taken care of. AC worked well, but was noisy. The room was relatively clean. The bathroom had hair on the walls and hair on the walls of the bathtub. The sheets were stained as was the inside shower curtain, but the most important thing to note is that in the middle of the night a fire alarm went off the fire alarm went off because a non-guest was able to access a door that should’ve been locked and he started chaos that led to the fire alarms going off. This was a safety in an issue and was unacceptable.

Door jiggled a LOT even when locked, the light in the bathroom did not work, the wall plug next to the bed didn't work unless the light was on? Also, the "deposit" went through for no reason and I had to call them to get it reimbursed. I was already sketched out by the deposit because instead of just saving your cc info like most places, they had me run two separate transactions and nothing said it was a deposit except a sign on the wall. 2 stars because the sheets were clean and water was hot.
