I just wish there was a breakfast in the morning.... Plus I needed a first floor for my husband's leg. I wish there was somebody in the office that we could talk to.. Other than being on the phone.

Freeway noise was unbearable, no phone in the rooms. Office isn't manned at night or early morning. Unwanted wake up text at 7am telling you how to check out for the fifth time. Then a follow up text at 7:05am telling you the same thing. Will tell you they didn't get your special needs message even though all your other reservations through Expedia got them. In 74 years of traveling this was the worst stay ever.
