First room was dirty. Second room less dirty. I was asked to pay the room at 11pm, already in the room. Guy at front desk looked sketchy.

Electricity backup required

Rooms are spacious, Wi-Fi is Good, breakfast is continental, staff at the reception is good. No outside noise and room is quieter. Flip side of the hotel is they do not have electricity backup and elevator. Ambato is having a lot of electricity cuts. so if the electricity goes off then nothing is working in the hotel. you cannot have a Wi-Fi, cannot recharge your mobile and it's complete dark. Owner should look after electricity backup and put some investment in this hotel. Also I found room carpets not cleaned for some time and dirty.

Great Experience

Hotel was clean and well kept, especially for an economical hotel. Price and value were good. The breakfast was included, and it was great. Amazing service. Very friendly and attentive.
