Mandy and Ade were really lovely hosts, a warm welcome on arrival and a great breakfast too. Good recommendation for a beer at the Golden Rule, what a great pub. Would happily return for another good nights sleep.

Property was excellent. Double room was spacious and clean with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was good and the property is in a great location in Ambleside with access to many walks. Hosts were so friendly and gave us tips on where to eat, we would definitely stay here again!
