They set me up with a wheel chair accessible room to begin with (I am not disabled but accepted the room). The room smelled very strongly like a boys locker room, was completely filthy, I counted 6-7 different long brown hairs around the room. Most of them in the bathroom and shower, one of them in the fridge lol. I went back to get my room changed and they told me there were no other rooms available for me. The whole parking lot wasn’t even 1/3 full. I checked on their app and brought up to the front desk that I could easily book the same room I was looking for on their app. The app said there were plenty of rooms available. Only after that they offered me a new room after I waited 10 more minutes. Even my new room wasn’t in great shape or incredibly clean. This place is shady and filthy. I had no idea double tree had fallen off this much as a company or maybe it is just this one location, not sure. But I will never be booking a double tree room again. Believe me when I tell you not to book here even with their good prices

Clean room! Eileen was very kind and helpful! She exchanged my room when I requested that the app said my room had a tub. The one caveat: the restaurant left much to be desired. Food wasn’t good and the portions were very skimpy for the price. We’d stay again but never eat at that restaurant again!

The room was very clean, staff was amazing! I love that they still provide service each day. The pool and hot tub are down. I know that needs to happen periodically, but wish it would have been on the website. Would have still stayed here, but would not have built the hot tub excitement into my trip.Still a solid 4 1/2 stars!

Check in was outstanding. Yet, aside from the very courteous woman who checked me in, not all staff members were friendly and courteous. Could have been much better! Secondly, the heater wouldn't work for more than two hours (it was under 50 degrees outside) and my room was very cold - while waiting and hoping to turn on. I finally contacted the front desk, thinking I should get another one. Instead, a maintenance guy showed up and reset the thermostat. Parking area isn't well lit either.
