The staff is friendly. The room is clean and the breakfast is great. The hotel is right next to a large grocery store and the train station; it's convenient, especially on rainy days. But during the two nights there, one morning, there was a power failure during breakfast, and the other morning, there was no hot water.

Friendly welcome, good breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Especially the lady on Sunday afternoon who helped us to translate a problem with SNCF. Car parking was good. Overall a good weekend. Thank you.

Good hotel in a convenient location, just a short walk from the train station, city center, old town, and museums. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff provides friendly, helpful customer service. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. Great value for anyone visiting the city. I recommend it.

The Reception staff were great and the room was very good. The hotel really fell down on breakfast.....replenishment of empty food items was unacceptably slow - some people came in, saw there was nothing there and left - and this was an hour before the end of the breakfast time range

The rooms and bathroom were clean and modern. Excellent functioning air conditioning. The hotel is in a great location. The main shopping district, museums and the Notre Dame cathedral are all within easy walking distance.

This property is not fancy but the location is excellent. Xavier assisted us at check in and was wonderful—very helpful and friendly. Our room was ready when we arrived at 1p which was great!!! Walkable to restaurants, the cathedral and pedestrian shopping area. Small room but perfect for 1 night stay. Parking attached to hotel was €9 per night. Breakfast included in price. Overall highly recommend.

We stayed here on our way back from Spain as a stopover and for a last night on holiday. We have been to Amiens before and this hotel was well placed near good dinner options. It’s clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly. There’s a couple of car parks very close by. We would definitely use it again.

Room provided all we needed for our short stay including basic toiletries. The 2 sided pillows weren't great for us. Not much in outside noise which was great - only the seagulls at times. Some noise inside - the heavy doors are secure but slam shut loudly. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and cooked sausages alongside the continental breakfast. Plenty to keep us going.We found the staff polite and friendly. Thank you for a nice stay.
