The staff were very kind and helpful. However, one bathroom has a water leak, the stove never heats up water effectively, and the kitchen utensils and tools are not clean and not enough to rely on for cooking.

Checkin process was easy. The staff nice and helpful. However they did not mention you have to manually heat the water for the showers so everyone had cold showers. There are a few small 'supermarkets' within walking distsnce to buy basic supplies (bottled water etc) and a few little restaurants also which was very convenient. The fridge in the room did not function well and did not cool well. Beds were a little hard, no mattress protectors on any of the beds. Area was noisy.

It is an apartment style hotel. It is well located. The staff was always very kind to us. What did surprise me is if they are going with their partner, they have to have marriage documents, they tend to ask. It is a country with conservative traditions. That's it, I'm done with my opinion about the hotel. It is advisable. I want to take advantage of this space to express my annoyance with Expedia, I am a platinum member at Expedia and I did not receive good treatment from Expedia in other matters not related to this survey. I lost hundreds of dollars due to their policy and had to go to another agency to resolve my business issues. 0 star for expedia.

Good value. The hotel can be improved more. I didn't like when I changed the reservations from 3 nights to 2 nights, they deducted an additional fee ( Although the website of hotels.com indicated that I can talk with the receptionist to change it smoothly without fees). However, I don't say it is bad, it is good as overall.

This hotel was in a good location. Service was excellent Check-in was fast. The room was clean beds were comfortable. Shfik Alward, the gentleman at the front desk, was very helpful and professional.

This is really a nice hotel. It is very clean and the rooms have more than enough space. The rooms are quite big. The staff is incredible friendly and helped me with bookings and transfers . I would recommend it to friends.
