Não são Pet Friendly
Tudo perfeito, mas eu não entendo como uma hospedagem desse porte não é Pet Friendly. Totalmente de encontro as boas práticas de hospedagem no mundo afora e a localização, já que o Ceará é um estado que está bastante à frente nesse quesito. É uma pena, hospedagem tem tudo para aer muito boa, mas quem não é amigo de pets está bem para trás em termo de serviço e hospitalidade. Muito amigos e familiares deixaram de escolher essa hospedagem por conta desse fator. Inclusive nossa decisão de voltar.

No geral foi excelente a hospedagem. A localização é perfeita, pé na areia. Hotel novinho, tem alguns ajustes pra fazer, mas nada que comprometa a estadia. Falta armadores pra rede na varanda e o café da manhã é bem simples para o padrão que é o hotel não condiz. Existe um restaurante no hotel chamado Aroma, mas é um absurdo de caro. As meninas da recepção são muito simpáticas e atenciosas. A Vitória um amor de pessoa, tivemos alguns problemas na acomodação com o ar condicionado e cama mas prontamente ela resolveu, nos mudou de quarto. E foi ótimo!

Appartement très confortable et bien équipé. Au 3e étage la vue sur la mer est magnifique et la terrasse privée est un atout. Adolfo, Daniela et Luca ont été très serviables. L’aide de Lucas à la sortie et rentrée du kitesurf a été très appréciée. Le plan d’eau est clapoteux et comporte des vagues. Il y a une super lagune près de Patos à 45mn.
