The property was not worth the price. Rooms were tiny, there was seepage on walls, bathroom lock wasn't working and everything was worn out. Only good thing about the stay was the friendly and cooperative staff. They were really making an effort to give a seamless experience.

We arrived late early morning around 4am due to dense fog . There were no staff , had to call them to get us room . Even though room was paid first they where so no reservation when showed them the paid confirmation still they where giving hard time for check in . Next morning again asking for payments .

We checked out with in 5 hours because of very low class cheap quality rooms . I do not recommend this hotel AT ALL .

Expensive for what is provided

The hotel is average but could be better without the owners spending much at all. The location is good but is by a dangerous road, this can't really be helped as most busy roads in India can be dangerous to cross and lack crossing facilities. The outside of the hotel is lovely and whilst staff are polite checking in was a challenge as staff couldn't find our booking, luckily we printed our reservation out and we able to give that to staff which helped. Also when checking in we had to provide passport so they could take a copy (no issues) but also complete a visitor book with passport details, expiry date, visa details, expiry date, reason for travel, date of entry and exit basically everything u tell immigration officer upon arrival! This is done for each person! The rooms are decent and the shower is brilliant but rooms could do with a better clean. The beds are very comfortable and large. The TV requires subscription to use any of the services which is not great but there is youtube which is good. No kettle in room, no WiFi details provided, no private parking. Overall this is OK for a bed for the night and close to many places to visit and cafes etc.

The aminities which are mentioned you have to ask for it again and again. Parking is open just at the sides of the hotel. Need a lot of improvement in terms of development of a good hotel.
