The room was not clean when we entered. Towels and bedsheets also werent looking clean. Room toiletries and towels were not replaced for all 3 days. We had to ask for water bottles and tea/coffee packets everyday after calling reception. These housekeeping items should be done everyday without asking. Hotel location and contact number mentioned on expedia are also not correct. Only benefit hotel has is its proximity to golden temple

DO NOT STAY HERE

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. The staff was horrible the room was filthy, the towels were not washed, and when asked for new towel they took 2 hours. People were partying and running around all through the halls all hours of the night and when I asked to check out sooner and get a refund they said NO and would not refund if we cancelded the second night stay. Dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. No one knew what was going on and when we asked to speak with thd person in chage they couldn't even get through and the phone line did not work. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
