The suite (2 bedroom) was super comfortable, especially with kids. It was great having to seperate bedrooms, dining, and living room spaces. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, with a short 5-6 min train ride to Amsterdam Central. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Amsterdam.

An outstanding stay! The reception team deserves special recognition for their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. A fantastic hotel, staff are friendly and helpful and our studio suite was excellent. Our suite was quiet, spotless and the kitchenette was well appointed. Free use of the laundry was appreciated and tge games rooms and lounging areas were terrific. We stayed 4 nights and I couldn’t have been happier with the decision - excellent value for money and convenient to the trains, trams and buses to anywhere in the city or beyond.

Your staff are lovely and very welcoming! Breakfast was excellent as well. The room was perfect for what I needed, but I had requested a king bed, but had twin single beds pushed together. Also, the bed was incredibly soft so struggled sleeping!

We had a two bedroom apartment and it was perfect for two friends who also want their own space. Reception staff always friendly. A toaster would have been nice in the apartment. Also, you can’t cast to the TV which was a shame as the only English channels we could find were the news. Really convenient for the train station and beds very very comfortable!

The almost entire stay was perfect !! Was nit able to utilize the tv only Dutch language was operating.. & with a busy 16 year old it was alittle difficult.. we did have assistance from the front deck staff but they too couldn’t get it to function. And maybe some English language instruction sheets would have helped with both using the coffee maker & the laundry machines.. otherwise I would highly recommend the location front desk staff was 5 star for sure !!
