The staff were amazing and though we had a very early flight they managed to check us in by 1300 hrs. Room was nice and spacious, clean. Breakfast was really good with plenty of healthy options. Will definitely return!

The Eden has come a long way since I first started staying there in the 1980's. It's very modern and has reimagined itself for a younger client base. The music in elevators was a bit loud for us....the breakfast was abundant and tasty but crowded because it was a Sunday morning. Our shower/tub was fantastic and our room was very spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks much for everyone's help!!

The hotel is a 30 minute walk from Central Station. It's got a self-check in station but also lots of staff present to assist if you prefer to check in with them. Everyone with whom we interacted was friendly and courteous. We had a great experience and would not hesitate to stay again.

A nice hotel BUT the room was small - even though it was booked as a twin. Hardly any room for storage and only 1 single door wardrobe with 6/7 hangers. For 2 people it was congested. The bathroom had no proper door and instead 2 glass doors which meant no privacy. The breakfast was poor in that apart from cheese and cold meats, hot breakfast choice was eggs, sausages, bacon. So if you’re vegetarian or only eat halal - not much choice. Bakery items were croissant or chocolate croissant. Breakfast finishes at 1030hrs but they stop refilling at around 1000hrs - so even less choice. Security was good with key card access readers including lifts. Overall, the hotel room is average. The lobby is very nice but the rooms are small and no privacy in toilet.
