Really nice hotel. Very welcoming staff upon entry and check in and check out. Very helpful throughout my stay here. The room was large, lots of space and storage and also very clean. The main property was very nice and clean along with being a nice posh but relaxed atmosphere. Really impressed and would definitely use some time when arriving to look round and see all the amenities that come with this amazing hotel!

This property and its adjacent, attached second hotel, the Eden, had undergone a reorganization right before we got there. So we weren't even staying on the side we expected. But our room was lovely, and the staff were helpful. Overall, this was an excellent stay.

The room was clean & comfortable. The hotel was undergoing a change in ownership. The day we arrived, construction was underway, computers didn’t work & staff was understandably stressed. Also, we didn’t know we had an additional City Tax to pay upon check-in.

Nice property, lovely staff. The rooms have an interesting design, but very small. The bathroom layout is uncomfortable, a simple example is you cannot sit properly on the toilet seat because the toilet paper holder is in the way. The glass door in to the bathroom was clearly in need of a clean.

Check-in and checkout experience extremely smooth and easy with their machines. Perfect location. The room was a great size, wihh the beautiful view to the canals. I only missed having a mini fridge in the room.

Great location and staff were friendly. However, seemed a little overpriced for what it was. The rooms could use a good deep clean, and even after housekeeping came, it could have been cleaned better. The hotel is not soundproof at all, so was woken up several nights from people either outside or in the hallways/other rooms. The lobby and lower floor look nice, but as soon as you move into the room areas it feels more like a cheap hotel. I probably wouldn’t stay there again

I enjoyed my stay overall. The room was clean, and the hotel’s location was excellent—close to almost everything I wanted to visit. The buffet breakfast was very good and a highlight of my stay. The only downside was the noise at night. I was in Area C on the 2nd floor on a Sunday evening, and I heard a lot of noise from the street—cars and people leaving nearby bars early in the morning. It made it hard to get a good night’s rest. Great hotel in many ways, but light sleepers may want to request a quieter room.

The property was well-maintained, the staff was very helpful and the rooms were quite spacious. The only comment I have is that the restaurant was not open for dinner and I believe it was under renovation. The property could also use a fitness center.

Staff were great, professional and very helpful. Room was bit tight..and wall paper was making it very dark ...though there were few lights.. In the washroom..there weren't any provision to keep toiletries and fresh clothes to wear after the shower.. For a couple it was tight overall. But the cleanliness was super. I loved the way we were greeted by the staff. Super professional. The gentleman at the reception was very kind to book our inland tours and taxi to airport. Bottom line...This Hotel is great.. Best bank for your buck..
